Devil May Cry 4

Cut Nero out of the picture completely, put the Devil Bringer on Dante (he was drawn to the Order by the Devil Bringer reacting to Yamato's presence), make Kyrie a soldier of the Order (wielding the Red Queen) who discovers Sanctus's nefarious plans. Make the story about Dante settling his unresolved issues with Vergil and Sparda before he loses control to the Devil Bringer, and Kyrie learning the truth about the Order she loved and followed all of her life.

Better because look how much more sense everything makes when you simply remove the albatross that is Nero.
