It wasn't the entire email. The rest was standard "you owe this much" and "you can repay us any time! even while you're in school!" It pretty much matches the last email I got from them for last term's disbursement (which went to the correct college).

Yeah, definitely check up on that through a medium that isn't email. Hell, you could probably even ask your school's bursar if they've received the money that they should have. If the email text and the sender's email looks legit, this could be a real thing that you need to get on right away.

I called Fedloan, and they said that [school I don't go to that is 300 miles away] is the school they had listed for me. I said no. Gave them the federal school code for [school I actually attend] and promised that I have always gone there. They said they would get it fixed.

Further googling informs me that SIDGTTI300MA's federal code and my school's aren't even close enough to typo. My school code does not contain letters, only numbers.

I have very little hope for this to be fixed without inconvenience. I may still contact the school tomorrow.
