Re: Can't stop eating
You said you exercise 4 days a week, and I commend you for that. It's a good thing you're already doing for yourself. If you suspect you might have an eating disorder, please seek help. There are a number of warning flags you might want to pay attention to, and one of those is paying excessive atention to this issue. Other ones are compulsive thoughts about binging/purging, counting calories, punishing yourself if you binge, doing repetitive weigh-ins. These may be inocuous by their own, but combined are a serious threat to your mental health.
If you do not think you have an eating disorder, I'd seriously advise not worrying so much about this. Try to find a balance in which you keep most of your scheduled healthy eating intact, but don't anguish if one day you really want to treat yourself to delicious food. Because it's pleasant, and sometimes if your body craves sweets it's because it needs it whether for emotional comfort or low glucose.
