Perhaps it was just your buggy eyes that ruined the movie. You should get that checked, it sounds painful.

It was painful. But they didn't hurt as much as my soul hurt over attack of the fifty foot witch after two hours of Johnny Depp being cutesy. Now that was painful.

The fifty foot witch who burst into crabs and then did nothing but make a giant whirlpool! COME ON! A huge fight against a pissed off ocean diety would have been rad!

"Unfairly hot" is a good way to put it. You can't just spring that on us midawy through a trilogy and then not give us time to appreciate it!

I agree. I have never been able to stomach Dead Man's Chest in its entirety. I saw it in stages and ugh. World's End, yeah, I don't even remember what happened except Elizabeth is king? I did sort of enjoy the mermaid one, when I ignored all but the mermaids.

The mermaids were hot and also they were mermaids, so that almost saved it. But the other two sequels were pretty forgettable, except for the part where Johnny Depp is stuck in a wheel and the part where the witch grows fifty feet and then dissolves into crabs.
