Assuming anon's translation was correct--no, not really? Someone with a penis can identify as a woman, and that's valid.

Of course porn doesn't really get into trans people very much, but even so, futa is very distinct from portrayal of regular cis males, generally the women stay women even though they have dicks.

I think - if that note is real - the point is: The mother found the son's futa porn stack and basically teases him that he's wankin' to guys. At least that's how I'd interpret it.
