I have no idea. This is also the guy who believes that if all the poor would accept gov assistance (and only the mentally ill wouldn't) then they'd all be lower middle class.

In fairness to him though, he is a nice guy. Must has a very simplified view of the world and is in his eighties so a bit... Stuck in his ways.
