To be fair, some of the guys have equally flowy hair waving in the wind and all. Pisses me off, especially with the elves. How the fuck are those hairstyles practical in a fight? Some of these days, they're gonna knot it into their bowstrings by accident!

Word! Like, seriously?? They must have complete bodily awareness and control right down to the ends of their braids because I seriously cannot figure out how we've yet to see one of them accidentally chomp down on a clump of hair mid-fight, or get blinded by one, or get caught one in a tree.

My hair goes past my hips. I'm not even athletic, let alone a warrior, and it still sometimes gets caught in things or gets in the way!

In the Silm, Glorfindel of Gondolin was pulled off a cliff by his hair iirc. You'd think more elves might remember that, being immortal. >_>
