I've literally got his Moonwalker video memorized cut for cut because I watched it so much as a little kid; it was right up there with Disney movies with how much I loved it. So I'm right there with you.

I saw it at Disneyland. It was... weird, but in good way (I think, anyway, I remember it as if someone took a Michael Jackson long-form video, Star Wars: A New Hope, and Labyrinth and put them in a blender and then made the result 3D).

Oh, man, I didn't first see that until I was an adult, and I was like, where has this been all my life? He really should have done more movie musicals, because he was so good at it. There was a secret here a long time ago about how amazing it would have been if MJ was the Goblin King. During the Bad-era? Fuck yeah.
