This is the first time I've heard of it, so I don't either.

I watched the first episode, and it got pretty obvious that the lady cop is going to turn out to be yet another one of those characters that absolutely need to have some rape in their past to make them deeper, so I decided skip the rest.

The rape was a big part of the story, not going to lie, but more about the consequences of what came after for everyone caught up in it, and that's the way of telling that story I'm most interested in.

I thought it was good. Third best thing on telly last year after Game of Thrones and The Borgias.

I found it so incredibly horrifying and depressing, i barely made it to the end. It was bleak and abusive and awful.

Yes, the young pregnant girl was awesome, as were most of the kid actors. I was confused as to why Holly Hunter got such top billing when her character did little to nothing.

I watched the first couple of episodes, it was ok. I couldn't get past the main woman's accent though. How fucking hard would it have been to get an actual NZ actress for it? Then they have Robyn Malcolm (badly) playing an American. I don't understand how casting decisions like this are made.

I thought it was alright, but I thought it would've been better (in a twisted sort of way) if the leads really had ended up being siblings at the end.

It was as someone else said, predictable and I found it a bit slow moving too to be honest. That said, I thought it was good, but it wasn't any better than anything similar and so I don't get the buzz either.

I think the only thing I read about this series is that there is no redeemable male character. And they didn't show any in the trailer. Didn't exactly make me want to give it a try as it did look predictable.
