Bitten series so far (Spoilers)

Clay called Elena 'dahlin'. Even though that's kind of weird with his non-southern accent, it was nice to see! I don't know if I like the 'women aren't strong enough to survive the change' thing. In the Otherworld two female werewolves have been bitten and survived, Elena and a doctor in Broken. Both survived with help, and I always assumed more could if there was sufficient help around. Meh. I've heard some reviews calling Elena a 'mary sue', and she pretty much is...though I think more so in the tv version (so far)

I'm glad they mentioned Derek's father. Now all they need to do is introduce Karl and I'll be happy.

I wish Clay was hotter. Phillip is more how I envisioned Clay.

The acting is kind of bad, but I'll still watch the show to the bitter end, I know it. I think Elena is a fine character. She's badass and is self sufficient and doesn't let Clay push her around. I wish she was taller, but nothing can be done about that.

I think the worst fit is Jeremy. The actor really looks nothing like him, and I hate how he gets emotional so easy.

I've been watching but it's been so long since I've read the books, I'm lucky I remembered any of the character names.
