You realize even if the fetus wasn't several deformed at this point that the woman's body has no way of giving the fetus all the things it needs to thrive and grow at this point?

And this isn't abortion. This is letting a dead woman be buried by her family. The family wants this. The woman had a DNR.

This is not a case where the fetus is 8 months along and able to be saved via c-section.

Okay? Obviously there would need to be a lot more information. I'm just saying the info about the fetus being completely non-viable is enough information to determine that the course of action taken by the family is probably the best one and people shouldn't be judging or calling it something it's obviously not (like murder).
