Source code shows they used a Japanese typing font, but I have no idea how they got it to display like that since my romaji typing stuff comes out like the default English stuff.

if you're on a recent version of windows, look up japanese ime, set it up, then set it to full width alphanumeric. honestly pretty simple to do.
