Loo-tenant even though I'm British, I think it's because I've been watching US shows from a young age so that pronunciation has stuck.

Depends. Is the lieutenant in question American, or from a Commonwealth country? I'll call American lieutenants (either IRL or in fiction) "loo-tenants", otherwise it's "left-tenant".
