I am contemplating how to deal with this prob myself. My mother in law made me some bathsalts with lavendar in them and they smell so gooooood, but as you say the lavender just floats all around. I think I'm going to put it in a tea ball so it'll fragrance the water but contain all the floaters.

That's actually a really good idea! I know World Market even has tea infusers shaped like rubber duckies... XD They don't hold a lot, but if one acquired a bunch of them, one could have a tub full of silly, delicious-smelling duckies.
