(Sorry, I lost my thread in the and couldn't find it, then I went to bed.)

I don't really struggle anymore, honestly, although I know there's things I don't get that I think would make more sense had I grown up here. But I went back to visit, and when I returned to America, the food was so hard for me to re-adjust to! No offense to American dining, it's just such a different experience.
