Not sure it's a true rarepair though. It's definitely less popular than Mystrade, which is so popular it's the 2nd or 3rd biggest ship in Sherlock. Of course the Holmes Bros are also popular and there's also Sherstrade.
Fine rarepairs include Mycroft/Moriarty, Molly/Mycroft, Sherlock/Anderson, John/Lestrade and Molly/Lestrade.
Oh god I love shipping. In response to that other secret up there about shipping - ppffffftt!
