oooh, agreed (and I just finished Raising Steam, have yet to get to talk about it with anyone!) though in my secret heart I was hoping Aeron would come out as female too.

That would've been totally rad. Or if Rhys had just been male. So rad. But I think he needed the drama of Rhys being pregnant and any other way would be unnecessarily complicated.
