Yeah, I totally agree. I love the games to death, but I think that in KH2 (the first game was wonderfully characterised, IMHO) the new designers were not only confused about their intended audience but also trying way too hard to impress people, and they ended up making more than could be reasonably handled. And they introduced thirteen brand new characters that had only to make an appearance and then be killed, which was not smart.
