Has Wonder Woman ever really been forgotten though? Sure most people don't know her origin story and couldn't list any of her villains, but I'd say she's still one of the most recognizable of superheroes. Which is a testament to how iconic and awesome she is, since she's never had her own movie, or her own television show since the 70s.
But yes, she's still not as well known as a lot of other superheroes who've had their own movies. And if they fuck her up in any of the upcoming DC movies, I will be pissed.
