I don't really exercise on purpose, although my job does require a good amount of walking, since I don't have a car. And I guess I eat right on autopilot, out of habit -- junk food grosses me out because I never ate it growing up.

Maybe I should try to get locked into some more good habits, to tide me over until a time when I no longer have to rely on autopilot to do healthy things, if that time ever comes. Logically, I know it should, but it feels like there's no end to it. Ah well, at least my messed up-ness doesn't so far seem to involve lethargic depression. That's another good thing, I suppose :)

That is a good thing! That lets you look at the parts of your life you want to change, then break those changes into small, manageable chunks, instead of looking at them as big, unmanageable globs. You can make your life better!
