I haven't seen much Starsky & Hutch but that has to be some of the best H/C I've ever seen.

I'm trying hard to remember an episode in which there was NO h/h. I mean, there were instances of it even over, say, spilled beer. It was just the core of the show.

The slow poison was my favorite, but there are so many second favorites to choose from...and there's the purely emotional h/c like when that on nutjob was shooting random cops to punish Starsky because he knew that would be worse than killing him.
