I really hated chocolate as a kid but looooved white chocolate. I don't why but I just lost interest in eating candy for many years, last year sometimes I saw some white chocolate on sale and got really excited. It was awful. It was oily and buttery and milky or something and just made me so sick and didn't even taste good. Curse you childhood tastebuds for tricking me!

Or it could have been the bad stuff. There are so many chocolate makers out there that chocolate bars can range from swill to divine, easily. Try a different bar by a different maker and see if you have the same reaction.

It could have been a bad bar, but it was a pricier brand so idk idk. I think I'll just live a happy live sans white chocolate. Not like I need any more sweets in my life.
