I have a poster that I have been trying to get delivered to work since ... December 7th. First they kept telling me I had the address wrong, then they tried telling me 'well the mall if too big, they can't find your store'. Isn't that the whole point of addresses? To FIND PLACES??

I say they are full of bullshit, since I have had two packages delivered to work since then, using the same shipping method and address, that were somehow magically able to find the store. Also, it's a small town, with one UPS guy on this route that I see every single day. They've gotten packages to us with really messed up addresses because they know where everyone is. Stop trying to tell me it's impossible to find. Also stop telling me it's not your problem that I'm not getting what I paid for. Ugh.
