So, in Pokemon XY, you can accept random wifi battles without knowing what you're up against - this was unlimited, so basically no rules. I accepted (my in-game team is pretty good, levels 83-86), and found myself facing six level 100s, four of which were legendaries (Reshiram, Victini, Groudon, and attack Deoxys) and the other two also pretty good (Golurk and Milotic).

And I won :) Take that, level 100 legendaries!

(In fairness, the guy made some mistakes. Energy Ball barely put a dent in my Roserade (even from a Deoxys!), Shadow Ball really doesn't do much to a Sylveon, and aforementioned Sylveon just kinda points and laughs at Draco Meteor.)
