... don't ask why, but now I have Rebecca Black's "Friday" in my head.

Which I still contend wasn't that much worse than a lot of modern pop songs, and the real problem is that she can't sing. Make no mistake, I hated the song, but I hate songs where the lyrics are "we're going to all party like yeah", too.

Kind of, yeah. Her singing is bad, but setting that aside, it's not a good song but it's adequately-made and not terrible production-wise. Which isn't surprising given that it was made by people whose job is literally making pop songs for rich kids.

Anyway it also led to the creation of the "original" Bob Dylan version of Friday so it was worth it just for that.
