I'll try to be tricky. Maybe so tricky it's obvious, though.

These two guys are on an epic, never-ending road trip. One of them has serious Daddy issues. Fans seem divided on whether or not there's too many female characters or not enough.

... yeah, it's probably pretty obvious.

Supernatural, and yeah, although I had a friend who wasn't as much about the slash as she was enjoying Dean and Sam to herself.
