Formerly cool heroic type reimagined with terrible acting and bad soap opera style writing, but shirtless handsome souless-eyed men made it a hit. Also GuyLiner and GuyShadow and archaic weaponry.

I guessed Spartacus too, but then thought - there's no guyliner/guyshadow in that, and it's so bad it becomes actually good (at least after the first 5 episodes).

So Vikings or Rome.
