This is actually a fanon claim that I don't get (not with Levi and scat in particular, but that any character doing something a lot in canon = it's a fetish!) People usually don't frequently and casually talk about things they have secret, embarrassing fetishes for.

Nah, but more seriously, it's not like I really think that he's into that, and if he were he probably would never admit it - though talking about something a lot with condescension and disgust is in some people's eyes totally a good way to convince others that they really don't like a thing, even if there is the concept of "protesting too much".

Only it was the Conan Doyle Holmes version that had the enema fic. They were actually written in cod-Victorian. I know. Even better.
