I was about to go, "Would Hilda and Zelda really count, given that they're not really siblings so much as Hyrulean/Lorulean equivalents of each other?" and THEN I remembered the existence of Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

(Also, agreed on Fili and Kili. Loved Fili telling Thorin no, fuck Erebor, he was staying with his brother.)

And today I found out that there is a Hilda and Zelda in something else! Ha, I didn't think to specify since I didn't know there were other characters that shared the names, but now I do.

(I loved that bit so much man, made me go 'awwww' and want to hug the shit out of Fili.)

It's only recent - it's the Legend of Zelda game that came out in late November, A Link Between Worlds. Most games feature Princess Zelda of Hyrule, ALBW also has a parallel called Lorule (...A+ naming, there!), ruled by Princess Hilda.

Most amusingly, there's also a character (sadly named Irene, not Sabrina), who's a teenager and a witch XD
