In some vague order of how I discovered them:

Luke and Leia
Sarevok and Charname (the player character of BG)
Charname and Imoen
Fred and George
Elladan and Elrohir
Elrond and Elros
Eluréd and Elurín
Maedhros and Maglor
Sideswipe and Sunstreaker
Leto II and Ghanima
Dean and Sam
Kili and Fili

I'd put Boromir and Faramir on the list as well, but my feelings about them almost always was about them as individuals, not as brothers.

Also, I'd say the Silmarils too, but in canon they are merely MacGuffins.
