For any canon: any characters that are only implied to be gay or bi due to whimpy execs would be explicitly gay or bi. Same goes for any characters that I just think should be gay or bi.

Well, none of my favorite characters would die. (Archie from Horatio Hornblower. Fred, Lupin and Tonks, Snape. L.)

That one episode of MST3K where Joel comes back. Joel and Mike needed to riff together!

Criminal Minds would have shown Reid dealing with his addiction. That was going to be such an interesting storyline, and then there was just "I need help. Whelp, guys, I'm back from NA. Forever."

Supernatural: Not killing Anna and having her help the boys and Castiel with corrupt angels(also maybe stopping Castiel going off the fucking rails). And Bela lives and reappears in their lives randomly to snark at them and steal stuff from under their noses.

MCU: Frigga would still be alive.

None of the characters I like would die.

Stiles would be canonically bi and we'd see him with a guy (doesn't have to be Derek because that would be horribly OOC at this point)

More canonically gay/bi characters in general.

Veronica wouldn't have gotten back together with Duncan and never would have dated Piz. She and Logan would both do some growing up before trying again.

If we're counting other media too, there are so many things I'd change about the Anita Blake series by Laurell K Hamilton.

The third and fourth movies in the Alien series wouldn't suck and would live up to the first two.

SPOILERS, YO (Y The Last Man, SNK, Runaways)

Legend of Korra: No love triangle and Korra does NOT get her powers back on the last episode of season 1.

SNK: Eren getting successfully kidnapped by the new Titan Trio so we could get some goddamn ANSWERS and it'd be nice to see Eren try to get out of trouble without Mikasa or Levi's help.

Runaways: Xavin either never left or s/he managed to escape and make their way back to Karolina. Old Lace never died.

DC: Jason Todd being kept as the very morally gray character he was in Under The Red Hood instead of being turned into a generic psychopath. Heck, I'd like to see what would happen if he never died and he actually got to grow as a hero and as a character.

Y The Last Man: Agent 355 never died. ;_; She got to live a happy life with Yorick goddamn it!

Mako and Bolin die instead of their parents. They couple are sad, angry but trying to move on. Korra meets them at the bending-game and is amazed at them. They see a bit of both Bolin and Mako in her and let her join. They worry about her lack of friends but Asami runs over the Dad and her apology is to meet Korra. Korra and Asami hit it off and become friends. Equalists happen and the like. The parents are older, more mature than the dead brothers and give Korra more advice. With so many adults in her life they manage to balance out her impulsiveness, Asami helps her with plans. Go team!

The end of Persona 3 concerning a certain character's death. (Or at least a follow up game with Elisabeth getting him back. It was hinted in P4, damn it, why can't I have it).

Also Persona 3: The dating options of the female MC and male MC in the PSP version not being genderlocked. I just want to date Akihiko with the male MC ;_;
