Angry Beavers. Two beaver brothers, one mellow, the other high-strung, live together after getting kicked out of their parents' house for being too old. Adventures include salmon spawning season, Mexican wrestling, and helping their best friend (a tree stump) find his biological family.

I was gonna mention Angry Beavers! And specifically the spawning episode. How damn weird. Or the episode with the log treats they used to eat. I actually had an Angry Beaver toy that would 'chew' when you pulled the string on it.
