It's an anatomical trait. Seeing a person with dark hair and eyes, pale skin, and a big nose and thinking "hm, I wonder if they're Jewish" is, I would think, pretty typical.
That doesn't mean it's ok to be an ass about it, nor does it mean it's ok to use it as a cartoonish stereotype to back up racist shit. But just because anti-Semitic asshats took advantage of it for their propaganda does not change the fact that Jews on average have bigger noses.
ETA: I don't know much about the context of the secret post at all, or the internet meme about the girl in the conversation, so I'm not trying to defend it. Just pointing out that an anatomical observation itself isn't necessarily a bad thing.
