Try using that experience to imagine yourself in 20 years time, looking at a photo of how you are now. In 20 years time you'll probably think 'I looked so young!' and 'look at my hair!' and 'I can't believe I used to worry about my chin', the same way you feel about your yearbook self now worrying about being fat.
