On the bus in elementary school, but it got really bad in middle school. I tried to ignore them. It didn't work very well.

Ha, there was this one time, though, in eighth grade, a few weeks after they put me on antidepressants for the first time when I was having all these mood flips. I walked into the classroom and found one of the guys who would not leave me alone sitting in my desk. I snapped, stomped up to him, screamed at him to go away and never come near me again, and then ran out of the room to the nurse's office.

I didn't go back that period, but one of my friends in the class said he looked terrified. Heh.


Some of the kids who gave me a hard time in elementary school were... polite, anyway, in high school?

Ack, antidepressant uptake mood swings are the pits. Things were pretty touch and go after I started Wellbutrin. (Also, I'm one of the people who got the mild aphasia side effect, and I had the attention span/short-term memory of a dirt clod for a few weeks there. Good times.)
