I shamefully fancast Russell Howard as a BBC!Moran. Who the hell knows if if he can act (and all signs point to no), but I love the idea of Moran as from the west country and still with the accent, young looking, blond and blue eyed, good looking and I explain the lazy eye away as being hit with shrapnel in Afghanistan (and his anger issues about it leading to his dishonorable discharge).
