Of course you're gonna notice it. You just don't need to broadcast your discomfort with a facial feature that's totally out of their control.

NAYRT but I think you're reading more into this than is really there. This is fandom secrets where fans can anonymously post secrets about fandom stuff. It's one thing to see someone with a birthmark or scar or lazy eye and say something insensitive to them about it; it's another to post a secret here saying that it's uncomfortable to look at such things. No, it's not nice, but that's what makes it a secret.
