Hopefully, you've finished your work and have put yourself to bed by now, but on the off chance you haven't or you come back to this later:

Try and get a dr to sign something saying that this is a legitimate health issue that you have that your school or employer has to respect. Then, in future, the SECOND you get the first sign of a migraine coming on, call yourself in sick, take your meds, draw the blinds and get into bed. The earlier you treat, and the less you try to power few, the better.

For God's sake, take CARE of yourself. Nobody's going to care that your paper was on time if you exacerbate the problem until you need a hospital.
