Should 10 have a big-ass spoiler tag for people who haven't read the book?

Spoiler tags are ONLY given when the secretmaker uses them, not when case or anyone else thinks they should be there.

Should a very old book have a spoiler tag? Really?

If the fandom's been renewed, which leads to film fans that haven't read the book...sure.

what nonsense. I'm a spoilerphobe of the hugest kind, but even I recognise that I can't expect this.

The book has been in print for nearly 80 years.

I stand corrected! I didn't know that. :)

I was apparently spoilering the fate of Okit Souji in Peacemaker Kurogane - even though he is still alive in canon. Sorry, but a) he's a historical figure and b) he already was shown coughig up blood in the series - even by today's standards, once you start coughing blood tuberculosis is pretty fatal.
