Oh, good goddess, Pottermore.

I finished the first book the day I got in, and the residual excitement carried me a few chapters into Chamber of Secrets before the interest petered out. I think you can delete your account, because I haven't gotten any emails.

I also haven't checked my email for a while. BRB

I actually like the idea of Pottermore but the execution wasn't great. After all the excitement and build-up it was underwhelming.

I should probably see if I can unsubscribe but I have a bad habit of deleting everything I don't want immediately and not even remembering that I should probably just get rid of them for good by unsubscribing.

Even the House sorting was badly set up. Though it was kinda doomed to fail because of how skewed the presentation of the Houses in the books was...

Yea, and last time I visited there wasn't much you could do with it either. I think there used to be a couple of games you could play to earn points for your house? Now if you could explore Hogwarts or hang out in your House and talk to your fellow members (in some way other than the message board thing they have going) I would like it more. I suppose it is a great place for people who want all the background info... But it wasn't what I expected.
