Nah, the epilogue is fine. And perfectly in character. Fans get too attached to unimportant shit like Albus's name and "ohmagerd now I can't fantasize that Hermione ended up with Draco" as if!

I don't know, I didn't ship anyone and was not at all upset with where the story ended...but it did feel incredibly corny, and the names were entirely too goofy, I thought. I also didn't like that we went right back to 'oh my god, not Slytherin House!', but that's negligible. I do, however, like that the epilogue exists to partially mitigate people who still think something else could have been canon.
