Well, I doubt (sticking with MCU) Loki would EVER except his Jotun form. Maybe bust it out every now and again in fights but I can't see him just walking around in that form for no reason. So I doubt the color clashing would come up.

An AU Loki raised in Jotunheim (or one who accepted his nature) would most likely color coordinate. Loki seems to be very vain about his appearance.
