"I seriously hope" is such a common statement that sorry, anon, but if it's not accompanied by an image/additional words how the hell is anyone going to get that it's supposed to be a meme? This is the internet; there's no vocal tone, facial expression, etc. to go with words, and that was just really, really unclear, regardless of your level of internet savviness.

If your meme is indistinguishable from regular speech (which "I seriously hope" is, sorry to say) then perhaps it's not a very good meme.
