As the original OP of 7, I can tell it's actually quite an odd position to be in, knowing someone actually might feel for me like I had secretly hoped for. I mean, I'm not sure if it's someone I know or not. Plus, if it is someone I know, I'm not sure I want to know who it is, because there's that whole "what if we ruin our friendship?" thing. Since 7 posted, I've been nervous and thinking way too much.

Then again, that's kinda how the Bakura/Ryou relationship works: the yami messes with the hikari's mind.

And as it's easy to see, I'm so very much the hikari here...

Hmmm, why not find an anonymous way to communicate with them? Like through fake screen names or something. Chances are you don't know each other, and what if you get to talking a lot and it turns out you really are friends.. well, then it'd be easy to change into lovers!
