Hey, people shipped Dean/Alistair before Lucifer was in the picture, and its also pretty much stated that Alistair raped Dean. Although, admittedly, I've never seen anyone ship it in a romantic sense. Its always, as far as I've seen, written either in a creepy, fucked up, Dean-has-issues kind of way or straight up torture porn.

There's a lot of fic for it pre-Sam in hell. So that might have something to do with it..
