They brought her back twice. Once in Yesterday's Enterprise. Which is the episode where 99% of my giving-a-fuck-about-Tasha comes from. And then in the flashback-a-ma-thing in All Good Things...

They also bring back her half-Romulan alternate timeline daughter twice, but that's just the actress, not the character.

I think this is kinda like with The Hobbit the other day. When someone doesn't like something, their mind sometimes exaggerates its frequency/severity/shortcomings/etc..

It's also possible that people don't like the actress but think they just don't like the character, or they associate the actress so closely with the character they dislike that they see that character when they see the actress. And it doesn't help that it was in the same show.

Oh yeah, that's totally true. But IMO Tasha's re-appearances were probably an improvement on her character in her original run ;)
