I'm not sure if I want to spring for Lonesome Road or Old World Blues next, but I'm hearing I shouldn't bother with Dead Money. What do you think?

Not dethtoll, but yeah, Dead Money is the weakest by far. Lonesome Road is a great capstone for the story and should be played right before going to end the game, while Old World Blues is absolutely hilarious and crammed with content. I'd say get both, if you can, but the former is dead serious and the latter is comical so I'd say get what you're in the mood for.

Get all four of them, play Lonesome Road last, do Dead Money after level 20, OWB before level 30.

The thing to remember is that they're all different approaches from each other as well as that of the base game, and Dead Money should be treated like an old-school survival horror.

They all tell their own stories, but there's an overarching story that culminates in LR.
