Dylan seems to love TW so I think as long as he can do others things as well as TW he'll stay. (And of course as long as Jeff wants to keep him on, but if Jeff has any sense he'll keep Dylan as long as possible.)

However...it also depends on how long the show goes on. I could see him staying a couple more seasons, but probably not longer than that. His career is going places and he's going to want to do different things.

I forgot to comment on Allison! I'm worried about Allison as well. I would much rather Isaac (not that I don't love him, just not as much as Allison) died, or Peter, or the twins, or even Lydia (I don't hate her or anything, I just don't have the same ~connection~) died before Allison, but at this point it does look very likely. Crystal might even want to go, which makes me sad; I'd love to see her stick around and watch what Allison can become.
