I don't know how to flirt with people, unless they're off limits. Then I'm smooth as fuck. I wish I knew how to turn this off. Or reverse it. Or that people would make the first move on me for once. I don't know. I feel like I'm broken.

Maybe you feel more confident because they're off limits, so there's less pressure to be totally smoooove? It's like what I hear people say about how they feel more suave when they're already in a relationship.

Maybe try approaching someone as if they were "off limits"? Mentally trick yourself into temporarily believing they're off limits, or maybe think of them as "off limits unless you can charm them" (in other words, make them off-limits to you/yourself/in your own head).
