That sucks so much. Withdrawal is HARD. Don't let anyone dismiss the difficulty; don't let yourself dismiss it, either. People DON'T talk enough about how hellish withdrawal can be, and it makes it even harder, imo.

Do whatever you can for yourself. If there are people in your life who can help you in any way, don't be afraid to call on them.

I wish doctors in general were more forthcoming about withdrawal. I'm sorry you weren't better prepared for this.

It will end, though, and you will not feel this way forever. I hope you get through it very soon.
